How renting works
Send us a screenshot of the car you want, with your dates and pick-up and return locations.
A ฿10,000 reservation payment locks the car for you and comes off your final bill.
A team member calls to confirm the time and collect your documents: ID or passport plus your driving licence.
We inspect the car together, you sign and pay the balance and deposit — cash, transfer or card — and the keys are yours.
The small print, in plain words
Thai residents: national ID card and driving licence (originals shown at handover). Supporting document case by case: latest payslip or employment letter, business registration, hotel booking or boarding pass for visitors, student ID for students.
International visitors: passport, plus an international driving permit or your home-country licence.
Companies: company affidavit (within 3 months), VAT registration (Por Por 20), latest VAT return (Por Por 30), power of attorney and ID of the signing director and the person collecting.
Cash, bank transfer or credit card (2–3% card fee). A ฿10,000 reservation payment secures the booking and is deducted from the rental. The refundable deposit is agreed in your contract and returned within 24 hours of return. Prices exclude 7% VAT; companies may withhold 5% tax. Reservation payments are non-refundable but can be used on a future rental.
Every rental includes first-class insurance. If you're not at fault, your deposit comes back on return day. If you are at fault or there's no other party, you're liable for the excess stated in your contract per incident. Accidents while intoxicated or without a valid licence are the renter's full responsibility.
Thailand only, within the areas agreed. Mileage averages 300 km a day across your booking (200 km for supercars); ฿5 per extra km (฿50 for supercars). Return with the same fuel level, or ฿300 per bar plus a ฿200 refuelling fee. Traffic fines during the rental are yours to settle within 7 days. Late return: ฿100–200 per hour up to 4 hours, then a full day. Out-of-hours handover: ฿200 for the first hour, ฿100 per hour after.
